The S.E.E. Boutique ships only in the United States at this time.
How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
UPS Ground Shipping: Our preferred shipping method is UPS ground shipping. By selecting this method your order will be insured by UPS and is expected to arrive within 2 – 5 business days.
Free USPS Shipping on orders over $50: We offer FREE USPS shipping on all orders over a $50. However, these items will not be insured by USPS nor shopseeboutique.com. By selecting the free USPS option, your package is expected to arrive within 5 – 7 business days.
UPS 2-Day Express Shipping: Our fastest and most efficient method of shipping is UPS 2 – day Express. By selecting this method of shipping you will receive your order within 2 days.
*Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 24-hour order processing window or weekend delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Not at this time.
How to I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item have been shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at shopseeboutique. Make sure to add email@example.com to your email contact list to ensure the confirmation and tracking emails arrive to your inbox safely.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to The S.E.E. Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
- We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below. All Returns MUST be returned within 7 DAYS of its arrival.
All returns must be received within 7 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused.
- We do not accept returns on jewelry.
- Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned
- Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged items are only valid for an store credit, if we are notified within three days upon its arrival. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you want will still be available when the return reaches our department.
